Throughout my life I've gone to great lengths to pursue my dreams and blaze my own path. I've held many non-traditional roles such as screen printer, video editor, motion graphics designer, coffee roaster and even pedal steel guitar player. As I've discovered over time, I loved each of these roles because they required a high level of collaboration and problem solving to be successful.
As I mature as a designer, I understand that Design has the power to combine those skills into powerful problem-solving frameworks that leverage empathy in order to meet user needs. Learning to utilize my skills to help others has been one of the greatest lessons of my life. In the future, I look forward to a life of learning new skills and designing creative solutions to enhance the lives of others.
